Tom Hall returns to practice after 3 months on secondment at Freshfields where he was involved in some very high-profile cases

– Acting for the company on a members’ scheme of arrangement of a Bermudian company, in parallel with a scheme in Bermuda (Re West African Gas Pipeline Company Ltd [2021] EWHC 3365 (Ch). Andrew Thornton QC is instructed for the company at next week’s sanction hearing.

– Preparing a complex series of applications in the administration of a large retail group.

– Contingency planning in a number of high-value corporate restructurings (onshore and offshore).

Tom is now looking forward to forming his own practice and building on current and new relationships.

The leaders in Chambers are looking forward to working with him and along with the Clerks room are excited about helping Tom develop his practice.
