On Tuesday 1 July the Court of Appeal handed down Judgment in Saipem SPA & ors (appellant) v Petrofac Ltd & anr (respondents), the court upheld the appeal against the billion-pound restructuring of UK-listed, oil & gas service provider, Petrofac.
