Petrofac Wins the Impactful Judgment of the Year at the GRR Awards

We are delighted to announce that Petrofac has won the Impactful Judgment of the Year at the GRR Awards yesterday. Andrew Thornton KC and Jon Colclough (instructed by Mayer Brown International LLP) acted for the successful Appellants, in which the court upheld the appeal against the billion-pound restructuring of UK-listed, oil & gas service provider, Petrofac.
