Peter is a leading silk for insolvency, company and commercial Chancery work, and has been instructed in connection with most of the major insolvencies and restructurings in recent years including T&N/Federal Mogul, HIH, Eurotunnel, Landsbanki, Kaupthing, Travelodge, MF Global, Co-Operative Bank, the Marme group, Lehman, the Steinhoff group and Thomas Cook.
