𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 π€π«ππžπ§ πŠπ‚ spoke at the British Property Federation Restructuring Plans: What’s Changed and What’s Ahead event today,Β  Tuesday 11 November, hosted by Alix Partners.

The panel included: Β Jess Harrold (Estates Gazette), Mathew Ditchburn (Hogan Lovells), Clare Kennedy (AlixPartners), Tim Cooper (Landsec), and Sarah Paterson (Professor of Law, LSE Law School).

With major judgments in Thames Water, Petrofac and Waldorf, plus renewed interest in CVAs among some retailers, 2025 proved to be a pivotal year for restructuring in the property sector.
