Nick Segal, Associate Member of Chambers, has been appointed as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda by The Governor, Ms Rena Lalgie.

We are pleased to announce that Mr Justice Nick Segal, a judge of the Grand Court in the Cayman Islands and an Associate Member of Chambers, has been appointed, initially for one year, as an Assistant Justice of the Supreme Court of Bermuda by The Governor, Ms Rena Lalgie. He will be sitting in the Commercial Court.

The Governor said “I am pleased to appoint Mr Nicholas Segal to the role of Assistant Justice which is an important role in the Bermuda Commercial Court for a period of one year. In particular, he brings valuable knowledge and insight from his extensive international experience including his work in England and the Cayman Islands in the area of corporate, insolvency, financial, funds, trusts, fraud, land, and commercial law.
