Michael Todd KC was pleased to take part in the panel session discussing the benefits and utility of ADR in dispute resolution at INSOL International Hong Kong. This panel was chaired by Aisling Dwyer (Maples Group). The speakers included Simon Appell (AlixPartners) and Lara Bishkov (Lara Bishkov mediator).

The panel set out the various tools of ADR open to stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring matters. Examined where and how ADR is currently being used in insolvency and restructuring matters and why it is being under-utilised.
