Michael Todd KC has been approved by HKIAC’s committee to join, and has been added to, HKIAC’s approved list of Arbitrators

We are pleased to announce that Michael Todd KC has been approved by HKIAC’s committee to join, and has been added to, HKIAC’s approved list of Arbitrators.

Michael will continue to practise as a barrister / KC at Erskine Chambers, in addition to undertaking appointments as an Arbitrator.

Michael is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As well as accepting appointments as a sole or joint Arbitrator, he has extensive experience of advising and appearing in arbitrations involving issues of company and commercial law, in the UK and internationally.

The Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre founded in 1985 is an institution based in Hong Kong, providing alternative dispute resolution services from administered and ad hoc international arbitration to mediation, adjudication and domain name dispute resolution
