Today we celebrate and honour all women across different industries.

Erskine Chambers are committed to addressing diversity and creating a distinct workplace.

Over the last year we have taken various steps towards breaking the traditional male dominated chambers by encouraging diverse tenancy, vacancy, and pupillage applicants.

We have reviewed various policies and undertaken steps to create an inclusive environment. This includes ensuring there is no gender pay gap for staff or members and amendment of our parental leave policy which now allows all individuals to receive support throughout their time off as well as a smooth return to work.
