Erskine Chambers welcomes Nicholas White & Alastair Ahamed.

Erskine Chambers welcomes two new pupils, Nick White and Alastair Ahamed, who have commenced their 12 month pupillage.

  • Nick transferred to the Bar having been an associate in the corporate department at Slaughter and May. Before starting pupillage, he did an LL.M at Cambridge and was a visiting lecturer in company law at King’s College London.
  • Alastair spent a year as a lecturer at Somerville College, University of Oxford teaching Contract Law and Trusts Law prior to pupillage. He also teaches tutorials on the Company Law course at Oxford. Alastair obtained a Distinction on the Bachelor of Civil Law at the University of Oxford. He is a qualified solicitor and completed a training contract at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, before which he obtained a First Class undergraduate law degree from the University of Oxford.

Pupillage at Erskine Chambers has been designed to provide an introduction to Erskine’s specialist areas and ensure that pupils gain an enriching experience.
