Returning for its second year, the Shareholder and Securities Disputes Forum once again explores the full life cycle of shareholder disputes, from pre-action strategy and dispute-resolution mechanisms to practical insights on litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Ben Griffiths KC will speak on the panel session โ€œLeveraging Expert Opinion and Testimony Before and During Securities Litigationโ€, alongside Tim Browning (Eversheds Sutherland), Matthew Reach (Fox Williams), Mark Lim (Lewis Silkin) and Greg Leonard (Cornerstone Research).
