Returning for its fifth year, join experienced practitioners from across fields and jurisdictions to discuss key cases and dynamics from core areas of corporate disputes.

Andrew Thompson KC will be speaking on the Understanding Unfair Prejudice and Director Liability Claims session alongside Jared Oyston (Brodies LLP), Florentin Weibel (Nater Dallafior), and Tamar Halevy (Marriott Harrison). The session will focus on:
