We were pleased to participate in and sponsor the ThoughtLeaders4 Corporate Disputes 5^th Annual Forum. The forum featured a series of engaging and insightful sessions addressing key issues and developments in corporate disputes.

Andrew Thompson KC participated in the Understanding Unfair Prejudice and Director Liability Claims session alongside Jared Oyston (Brodies LLP), Florentin Weibel (Nater Dallafior), Shona Coffer (Mishcon de Reya LLP), and Tamar Halevy (Marriott Harrison).

Following this, Andrew Blake joined Roger Cooper (Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP), Shona Coffer (Mishcon de Reya LLP), and Matthew Wescott (PCB Byrne LLP) for the session on Discussing the Current Landscape for Post-M&A Disputes.
