Erskine Chambers Attending INSOL Hong Kong 2025

We are excited to announce that Michael Todd KC, Ben Shaw KC, Nigel Dougherty and Dan Butler will be attending the INSOL 2025 Hong Kong Conference. The event is due to take place at the Rosewood hotel between 17 – 19 March 2025.

Michael Todd KC will also be taking part in a panel session at the conference which will be chaired by Aisling Dwyer (Maples Group). The speakers include Simon Appell (AlixPartners) and Lara Bishkov (Lara Bishkov mediator).

This session will start at 11:30am on Wednesday 19 March and explores the latest judicial decisions on ADR in the insolvency context, including the boundaries between arbitration and insolvency after the decision in Sian Participation. The session discusses the advantages and limitations of ADR as a tool in restructuring and insolvencies.
