Erskine Chambers are delighted to be participating in the 10,000 Black Interns (10KBI) scheme.

Erskine Chambers are delighted to be participating in the 10,000 Black Interns (10KBI) scheme, organised by The Bar Council of England and Wales for the third year.

This scheme is designed to provide opportunities for young Black people at the Bar of England and Wales.

Interns are supervised by various members of Chambers during the week to enhance their skills and knowledge of Chambers’ core practice areas. This opportunity also allows them to learn about the day-to-day operations of Chambers, including the role of the clerks.

Chambers are committed to ensuring the right to justice and equal opportunities for all.

We are proud to be involved in various initiatives and demonstrate our support by taking part on pro bono work regularly, being involved in the Advocate Pro Bono Patron scheme, and committing to the Advocate Pro Bono  framework.
