The Dublin International Disputes week will take place between Monday 30 September to Thursday 3 October. A number of events will be held during the week.

Edward Davies KC will be participating in a panel session discussing trends in ESG litigation, along with Maria Edgeworth (Ogier), Mark Lim (Lewis Silkin) and Jamie Cole (CBRE) on Monday 30 September.

The panel will discuss recent cases, including ClientEarth v Shell, and consider the types of ESG litigation that are likely to arise in the future.
