Matthew Parfitt has been reappointed to the Attorney General’s A Panel of counsel by the Rt Hon Lord Hermer KC

Chambers is pleased to announce that Matthew Parfitt has been reappointed to the Attorney General’s A Panel of counsel by the Rt Hon Lord Hermer KC following an open competition. Matthew’s appointment will run for a further period of five years from September 2025.

Members of the A Panel provide advice and representation for Government departments and agencies in the most significant and sensitive cases. Matthew’s recent panel work has included work on the Thames Water restructuring, multiple public interest winding up petitions, and litigation in the High Court and Court of Appeal concerning suspected high-value payroll frauds.
