C-Retail Limited, Re [2024] EWHC 1194 (“Superdry”) 

On 17 June 2024, Sir Alastair Norris sanctioned a restructuring plan proposed by C-Retail Limited as part of a debt restructuring proposed by the Superdry Group (“Superdry”). This sanction hearing followed a convening hearing held on 16 May 2024.

At the convening hearing, Philip Morrison (instructed by Hogan Lovells) appeared on behalf of the Prudential Assurance Company Limited, the landlord of Superdry’s Oxford Street premises, and successfully sought disclosure of documents from C-Retail Limited.
