We are delighted to announce that Ben Shaw KC will be speaking at the inaugural GRR Live: Contentious Insolvency and Restructuring conference which will be taking place on 20 November 2024 at etc. venues 200 Aldersgate, St. Paul’s, London.

Having maintained his status as a leading junior at the company bar, Ben took silk in 2023.  He continues to have a busy practice which is divided equally between litigation and transactional work.  His practice encompasses all forms of solvent and insolvent restructuring, including restructuring plans, member and creditor schemes and CVAs.  In recent years, Ben has been instructed in many of the leading restructuring cases, including Regis, New Look, Lietzenburger, Cineworld and Galapagos.

This interactive conference will bring together top-level speakers and delegates from the international insolvency and restructuring circuit to debate and analyse the latest developments in the UK and Europe.
