The event will mark the official launch of a newly commissioned legal opinion (written by Andrew Thompson KC, Philip Morrison and Lily Church of Erskine Chambers) offering directors, companies and policymakers, clarity on the legal position concerning climate-related transition plan disclosures.

The panel will discuss the legal landscape concerning corporate climate-related transition planning and provide practical, actionable guidance for companies and policymakers navigating this critical area.
