Michael Todd KC Speaking at the INSOL Hong Kong Conference.

We are pleased to announce that Michael Todd KC will be taking part in a panel session at the INSOL Hong Kong Conference which will be chaired by Aisling Dwyer (Maples Group). The speakers include Simon Appell (AlixPartners) and Lara Bishkov (Lara Bishkov mediator).

This session explores the latest judicial decisions on ADR in the insolvency context, including the boundaries between arbitration and insolvency after the decision in Sian Participation. The session discusses the advantages and limitations of ADR as a tool in restructurings and insolvencies.
