Edward Davies KC participating as a panellist at the Chancery Bar Association seminar

Edward Davies KC will be participating as a panellist at the Chancery Bar Association seminar tomorrow at 5.30pm.

The event will take place at the Thai Theatre, London School of Economics and will be chaired by Sharif Shivji KC. The speakers will include Lord Carnwath, Rebecca Stubbs KC, and Paul Benson.

The panel will focus on directors’ duties in the context of climate and environmental risks and will discuss developing litigation landscape including the use of derivative claims and the recent decision of Trower J in ClientEarth v Shell.
