Erskine Chambers is delighted to announce the associate memberships of David Chivers KC and Mary Stokes. Following David’s retirement from practice in November 2025, he continues his relationship with Chambers as an Arbitration Associate. Mary practiced in Chambers for 30 years before her retirement in 2022 where she had a broad advisory practice, including insolvency and financial services work. Mary is a Senior Fellow at the LSE Law School and rejoins Chambers as an Academic Associate.
