David Chivers KC is hanging up his wig after 42 years at the Bar

After 42 years at the Bar, we announce that David Chivers KC is stepping down from practice as of today. David was called to the Bar in 1983 and took silk in 2002 building a career as a highly sought-after Silk specialising in company law, corporate litigation, financial services and restructuring/insolvency (onshore and internationally).

We wish to sincerely thank David for his outstanding leadership and support during his tenure as Head of Chambers, and his immense contribution throughout his career. He is known for the quality and clarity of his advice as well as his authoritative advocacy.

We are pleased to announce that Martin Moore KC will be taking over as Head of Chambers, and we look forward to his guidance and leadership in the coming years.

David will maintain his association with Chambers and will continue to accept instructions as an Arbitrator and Expert.
