Raquel Agnello KC appointed as an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge.

Erskine Chambers is pleased to share that The King has appointed Raquel Agnello KC as an Insolvency and Companies Court Judge. The Lady Chief Justice has deployed her to the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from 16 April 2025.

Raquel was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1986 and joined Chambers as a tenant in 2012. She was appointed as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge in 2016.

Raquel Agnello KC will be known as Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Agnello KC. The Swearing in will take place at 10 am on 16 April in the Chancellor’s Court (Court 17) in the Rolls Building and all are welcome to attend.
