Erskine Chambers is delighted to announce the launch of the 10@12 series.

In this series of webinars, Members of Chambers will discuss ten key points on topics of interest. Each webinar will last for about 30-40 minutes including time for questions.

The first webinar in the series was at 12 noon on 6 May and considered “Privilege in Corporate Disputes”.

The webinar was of relevance to both corporate advisory lawyers as well as litigators. It looked at the topic from the position of shareholders, directors, companies, and their advisors. It identified pitfalls which are frequently missed in this knotty area and allow participants to take away practical and tactical tips.
